All long term rental costs are plus delivery & collection.
(Contract is for a minimum of 2 months with 1 weeks notice of cancellation required to end the long term rental).
Short Term Hire
Our temporary rental operates on a week-to-week basis, offering you the freedom to conclude the rental at your convenience. This proves advantageous if you’re uncertain about the duration of your need for mobility equipment, are on holiday, or prefer avoiding a commitment to a more extended arrangement. It also serves as an excellent opportunity for a “Try Before You Hire” experience.
Opting for our short-term hire lets you have the equipment on a weekly basis, and you can inform us when you’re prepared to return the items. All we request is a one-week notice to cease the rental and coordinate the collection for you.

How does it work?
A credit or debit card is necessary for initiating a short-term rental.
Your initial payment covers a two-weeks rental period, plus the delivery and collection costs.
Weekly rental charges are billed at the conclusion of each preceding week until you coordinate collection by calling us. The charges are automatically processed using the card provided during the booking, eliminating the need for weekly contact.
Upon completion of using the rental equipment, a simple email to us will suffice, and we will manage the collection process.
Long Term Hire
Opting for our extended rental plan offers a practical and economical care bundle. This approach spares you from the often overlooked expenses associated with outright purchases. Beyond the significant upfront cost of acquiring a mobility aid, you also avoid the financial commitments related to repairs and maintenance.

The long-term hiring option is designed for those seeking a financially efficient overall solution for their mobility needs. We offer a seamless service, starting from assessment through delivery, ongoing service, and support. There are no enduring obligations post-demise, beyond the stipulated minimum outlined in the terms and conditions.
Rental payments will persist until the items are returned to us.
How does it work?
You will need a credit or debit card to use for a long-term rental.
Your first payment will be for 2 months rental, plus the delivery and collection costs. Long term hire is for minimum 2 months.
Ongoing monthly rental payments are charged as the previous month ends, until you call and arrange collection. This will be charged on the card you give at the time of booking so you don’t have to worry about contacting us each month.
When you have finished with the rental equipment, just send a email and we will arrange the collection.
